National Marking Products – Since 1891…The House Of Good Impressions

We are a small family business located in the heart of Richmond, Virginia History Of National Marking Products Notary Suppliesand we’ve been in the stamp-making industry for a long time! We came into business just after the invention of the common lightbulb and even produced notary stamps for the first automobile titles in the early 1900’s.

Our company survived the Stock Market Crash of 1929 and in the year of 1955 we experienced a total loss by fire when we were located on Main street in Richmond, Virginia. Somehow my grandparents were able to overcome countless hardships and rise above. The last eight years have been an economic struggle, but we’re still here!

We cherish our customers as every order counts!

Thank you for your support!

Our Best Virginia Notary Public Stamps – Richmond, VA

PSI Round1The PSI stamp is a “pre-inked” stamp, which means it only needs to be inked once or twice in a year, depending on how often you use it.

Out of all the products that I have personally tested, this stamp stood-out amongst all the others. It has a nice appealing look to it, but it fits nicely in the hand and offers such a clean impression when you stamp it.

The stamp itself makes it easy to achieve proper placement when notarizing a document. The picture to the right is not altered in any way. Look at how clean that impression is! (click it)

Our Virginia Notary Public Stamps and Seals are always top quality!

We Make The Best Notary Seals In Virginia.. Want to know why?

Our seals make a great impression!

metaldie

Our Notary Seals are far different than a majority of what is currently available in the market. We engrave our seals out of aluminum (a die) and use a plastic injection molder to make an exact copy (counter die) of the seal.

Most competitors use a process in which they laser engrave both the die and counter die out of plastic. This process is not guaranteed as they are not making an exact copy of the seal itself. We’ve been making notary seals for over 120+ years! Our stamps make the best impression, every time!

We Only Offer The Best In Notary Stamps – NotaryVA.com

There are many companies out there offering  a plethora of choices in notary stamps. Group Shot FixedsWe have been in the stamp business for over 120+ years, so we know what is efficient. The last thing we want is to have people calling and complaining over a faulty product.

We have chosen two different makes out our our entire stamp catalog to ensure a satisfactory product and to keep the notary public in action when it comes to notarizing documents. The PSI Brand and Slim Brand Stamps are the most versatile and have the longest ink-life in the history of any rubber or pre-inked stamp ever made.

I suggest to everyone in person, who purchases a notary stamp that it’s a great idea to go ahead and add a bottle of ink with your purchase. This guarantees constant stamping for many years to come.

I cannot urge you enough to pickup the ink-refill kit, you might only need it use it once a year but the last thing that you want is to run out of ink when you are in the field, preparing to notarize a document.

Don’t get caught in the field without a working stamp!
